I created this intensive because I’ve been there. And I know what it’s like to look “fine” to everyone else… while falling apart inside.
This isn’t a course. This isn’t a group. It’s you and me—1:1. A 90-minute, high-impact coaching session where we get honest, strategic, and real about what’s draining you—and how to reclaim yourself.
With 25 years of experience as a licensed psychologist and certified coach, I’ve helped countless women navigate burnout, identity shifts, and the invisible weight of being the one who holds it all together.

Why I created this
I know what it feels like to fall apart while still doing everything “right.” To be seen as strong, but feel like you’re barely hanging on.
I don’t want you to go another season just pushing through. You deserve to feel present, powerful, and at home in your life again.
This is not therapy. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a space to be seen, held, and supported while you reconnect to your clarity and strength.
